Rental Policy

• Reservations should be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. However, we are flexible, so please don't hesitate to give us a call to check availability. 
• Full payments secure all reservations.
• Reservations will be confirmed via email or text once payment has been made.
• WATERING your grass is required. Please begin to water your grass 3 days prior to your date if you don’t water on a regular basis. The extreme heat has dried the grass tremendously. Please water the grass for at least an hour each time. Unwatered grass can result in an unsuccessful installation

Refunds: Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours in advance and will be charged 50% of the paid rental fee OR reservations can be rescheduled for a later date (subject to availability) at no additional charge. 

• In the event of severe inclement weather, full refunds will be provided in the way in which it was received. (example: flooding or hurricane). Our yard signs can withstand rain, sleet and snow.
• NO REFUNDS will be given in the event of:

1. The wrong address is provided
2. Set-up not allowed to take place by  homeowner
3. Any circumstance that interferes with set-up and not limited to: animals, unable to gain access to property, wrong gate code provided, unwatered grass etc.   

• Set-up and pick-up times will be confirmed before reservations are confirmed.
• Set-up and pick-up are usually done the night before and are picked up the following night, unless otherwise discussed.
• Please do NOT try to rearrange or remove any of the Yard Delights yard decorations. The Yard Delights' signs and stakes used to secure the signs can cause bodily injury. Yard Delights will not be held accountable if injuries occur. 
• Please water your ground starting 3 days prior to setup for insertion of the yard stakes.
• Please plan to have lawn care completed prior to set-up to prevent damage or misplacement of Yard Delights signs. 
• Please do not allow ANY person(s) to stand, sit or lean against any of the signs. Yard Delights will not be held responsible for any injuries caused by the yard signs.
• In the event that Yard Delights yard decorations are damaged, the renter will be invoiced the costs for replacement. 

Policy Acknowledgement 

By securing a reservation with Yard Delights you are agreeing to the policy above. A set-up fee of $25 will be charged in the event we have to return to move or remove Yard Delights signs.
